Shipping Policy

1.Purpose:

The objective of the shipping policy is to maintain guidelines for the effective delivery of products by the company Homer Art Materials. The sole aim of the policy is to provide customer satisfaction, effective product delivery, and transparency in the shipping process.

2.Shipping methods:

The Company offers a wide variety of shipping methods by reputed couriers according to the customer's needs, location, and preferences.

3.Shipping costs:

The shipping costs of the ordered products will depend on the destination, selected shipping method, and the weight of the products. The Cash On Delivery method is applicable only for the selected locations, and the COD delivery charges are calculated as 1 – 2% of the total value.

4.Shipping time:

Estimated shipping time may vary depending upon the chosen shipping and the delivery methods. During the checkout process, estimated delivery times will be communicated to the customers which in turn helps to manage customers' expectations.

5.Shipping process:

Mentioned orders are usually processed after the payment confirmation within 1-2 business working days, excluding holidays and weekends. In case of speedy delivery extra charges of rupees 200 will be applicable.

6.Shipping Restrictions:

The company is not associated with the delivery of prohibited and restricted materials. Bulky and hazardous products are only delivered through the Cargo service.

7.Tracking orders:

Once the orders have been shipped customers will receive a link via email, to keep an eye on the status and the location of the selected goods.

8.Lost or damaged items:

The main aim of the company is to deliver the best quality products to the customers. In order to maintain the transparency, ordered good are packed under strict supervision and CCTV surveillance. Customers are hereby requested to shoot an opening video while opening the parcel for the company's damaged goods verification procedure. Company will reach back to the customers via phone calls or email.

Return & Exchange Policy

To exchange or return customers are hereby requested to go through the following rules.

•All the items needed to be returned should be unused and in their original states.

•Retunes will be accepted within the 7 days of purchased goods.

•The company will not bear the return or the exchange shipping cost.

•In case of customer support or any query regarding the return or exchange process, customers are hereby requested to contact the company's helpline numbers.

We accept payment by Credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking, Bank Transfer, UPI, Cash on Delivery.

Prices of the products may vary depending on the yearly discount.
The company reserves the right to rectify any information related to the price list at any time.
